After activation of my new sim card only mobile data are working (only H+, though). Can´t receive any calls or sms.
I followed all instructions after activation and put all the settings.
I have an android phone Huawei.
What should I do?

Activation may take up to 2 hours to complete. You may want to be patient

    Then you should contact Fizz.
You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( example Example https://fizz.ca/fr/faq/que-faire-si-je-narrive-pas-me-connecter-mon-compte-fizz ) Don't pay attention to the content of the help page.
You'll should see a bubble chat in 15 seconds at the bottom right

Did you make sure your phone is compatible with the frequencies used by Fizz/Videotron?
    https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
    .
If your phone is compatible, it looks like there was a problem with your activation process, and you'll have to contact fizz customer service directly to get it resolved. You can do that through the chat bubble on the solution hub pages, or through your customer account, under "my profile," "contact form," "schedule a meeting with customer support for help in transferring your phone number."

Have you tried to setup the apn manually https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

@Xavier Bourdages-Pageau the APN should be used only for the data therefore, MMS and internet.
I believe is @allison that is going in the right direction. At least for what I see with my little experience.

As others have mentionned, you need to first check if your phone is compatible with Videotron / Fizz network. Go to https://videotron.com/residential/mobile/coverage-and-mobile-network#/tab/cat2360088 and click on Mobile coverage map, then find your phone on the drop down list. If it's not there, then your phone is not compatible with Fizz.
    Good luck.
