Answered question
My iPhone seems to always go on 3G when I make a call. After the call it goes back to LTE.
Does Fizz offer voice over LTE or not ?
Thanks , waiting for your experiences....

When you receive or make a call, it is normal that your network goes to the 3G network for that call. If it goes back to LTE right after, this is totally normal behaviour. Fizz don't have any plans right now for VoLTE.
Here is your answer from a Fizz support : https://community.fizz.ca/questions/1809537-volte-wi-fi-calling
Sorry to ask what will be the advantage for the end user?
I believe that this is a good option for the provider but with unlimited calls is not relevant for us.
What’s good about Voice over LTE is when on a call and your using an app at the same time (like maps) the app will load faster with LTE.
If using maps via 3G it’s painfully slow .
Indeed, VoLTE has its advantages and even though Fizz hasn't said anything about it, apparently Videotron already offers VoLTE.

After all, maybe VoLTE will come sooner to Fizz than expected. If there is more demand for VoLTE, perhaps it will be on the priority list soon.

Short answer is no and no plan to introduce. All they say is they want to improve...
I agree with the "all they say is they want to improve"
It is a big red NO until confirmed to be yes.
@Carmine Di Matteo, I believe the answer has been given on this discussion as of now. You can choose the best answer and end this discussion.
