Please in order to help you, you have to give us more details:
Go to MyProfile -> Order history
At first it will appear in your profile > order history. Once you received your sim card, follow the steps for the activation process. Once it is activated, it will appear on your My Plans page. If you don't have a referral code for 25$ off your second monthly bill, you can use mine while activating your account : UP1QP
