Please in order to help you, you have to give us more details:

  • When you say apply, you mean ordering or activating your SIM card ?
  • This is the first SIM card you ordered or a second one ?
  • Did you already setup your mobile plan or you are wattling to receive your SIM card ?
  • Did you received any email confirmation or notification ? (within your account click on the bell in upper right corner to see your notifications).

At first it will appear in your profile > order history. Once you received your sim card, follow the steps for the activation process. Once it is activated, it will appear on your My Plans page. If you don't have a referral code for 25$ off your second monthly bill, you can use mine while activating your account : UP1QP
