The change is only for the next cycle

You must change your plan 24-48 hours prior to the plan renewal, anything later then that and it will only occur on the next billing cycle. Please make sure to change it at least 2 days ahead of time.

I received the confirm email by FIZZ, my new plan will start at 16 march, but now, still the same plan as last month, nothing change.
