New SIM card doesn't work, tried on two phones?

Hi, I tried installing my Sim card on two different phones but none sees that there's even a sim card... They were installed on the right side... It simply write : No sim card. One phone is a hp tablet with windows installed and the cell phone is a BM10 mini phone. I just took a plan for voice only if that matters. Thank you very much!

Probably your devices are not compatible with the Fizz network. Fizz supports iOS and Android phones but some people where able to have it on some other devices. You will find the requirements on this page https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices.
