Will my 250mb free upgrade data be used first or my 1gb plan data be used first?

Will my 250mb free upgrade data be used first or my 1gb plan data be used first? I currently only see the usage of my 1gb of plan data and it is already being used up.

If you just applied the upgrade, it will not be active until the next payment cycle (which explains why you don't see it yet).

 

Normally, from the way data is displayed on my usage page, the order your data is used is: perk data, rollover data, upgrade data, monthly plan data.  In a nutshell, whatever expires first will be used first.

 

I don't currently have perk data, but I assume it would be used first because it has a 30 day expiry.

You data upgrade is used first.
.
If you don't see upgrade then you should contact Fizz to see what happen
.
Verify in your profile to see if your upgrade is "in use" ( see example in picture )

Data will be used by expired date no matter it's gift, upgrade, perks for regular data. Fizz always use these data which will expire first.
