refund previous order

Hi

I ordered 2 sim cards several days ago, and I have not received them.
then, I ordered for the second time and activated my sim card.
Now, I want to get a refund for my first order.
How can I do it?

Hi Tanin:
You first need to check the transaction history in your account to see if the first sim cards were delivered. Perhaps they were delivered but to the wrong address. Depending on whether they were delivered or not, when you contact Fizz your rationale for the refund will be different.
