To chat with Fizz, you can contact Fizz via https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and the chat bubble will appear after a few seconds in the right corner at the bottom of the page. You must be logged in to your account to access the bubble.

Are you sure you have no ad blocker activated on your web browser? It's really important to deactivate the ad blocker that is activated by default in some browser. If you still have some problem to join them, you can also try on Facebook via Messenger or direct message on Twitter. It works too.

In addition to the other right suggestions, remember to disactivate any adblocker in your browser or add the Fizz chat bubble address in the whitelist of your adblocker. Otherwise the chat bubble won't pop up.
