How do I get a replacement SIM card re-mailed that Planète Courrier lost or stole from the original delivery ? I'm not paying 5$ again.
You need to contact Fizz. You can chat with them by opening a help page ( example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... )
You'll see a bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom right.
