Visiting the gta and don't have any data on the ext network. All settings are properly set up, roaming is on, have restarted phone... Not too sure what else to do.
Did you add coverage within your billing cycle? If yes, this will be applied only on next billing cycle.

Other than double checking your apn settings, and make sure roaming is on, I don't have any suggestions. I had no problems using data on Fizz ext last time I was in the GTA.
