I only get about half the speed I pay for and I've tested it multiple times. How can this be fixed? The chat doesn't seem to work for me, so how can I contact them?

Are you referring to home internet ?
Did you test your internet speed with a wired connection ?
Since how many time the installation has been completed? If it's within 24 hours, sometimes it's mostly a provisionning issue. Over that, chat with Fizz. You should deactive ad blockers, make sure to be connected at the top. Open any FAQ or community hub page. You'll see the buble chat. Another solution is Fizz Facebook page (messenger).
