My payment method got declined?

My payment just got declined, but my credit card isn't expired... I don't know what to do and I have no way to use my plan.

If you have few plan with Fizz, I suggest you to call your credit card issuer. As I know some companies will suspend the payment if they think it is abnormal. I called my card issuer and tell them that it is legible from Fizz with 5 payment a month with each $30 - $50. They wrote notes on my record, and told me they will note this, and my payment should go through.

Fizz may have issue on their payment system, but we have to think about the credit card companies. It is probably that the bank decline because it is abnormal for them.

Ultimately you need to try another card in their system and also you need to FB Message Fizz, or use the chat bubble to chat with them and let them know. They don't seem to be able to force a payment through and it will happen in the evening. Their billing system seems to be somewhat flawed... so definitely chat with them and see if they can help.

It's a glitch in Fizz system, you need to reach out to Fizz via chat. There is nothing wrong with your credit card. Many other users have experienced the same issue lately.

Check your credit card statement online or call them. If the charge from Fizz went through, you now have proof that you paid. You can now confidently contact Fizz customer service to have your service restored.

If your credit card was not charged, can I ask what type of card it is and who issue this card? E.g. Tangerine Mastercard
