My SIM won't activate?

I received my SIM today but when I go to enter the activation code from the SIM it tells me there is an error and it can't process the activation

Might be that they are getting ready to launch Fizz internet because I cant add another plan neither and there are a lot of reports that people are having problems also with Internet, just be patient try later
