Mobile service not working

Hello everybody!

I ordered a SIM card for a phone I used to have and activated it upon receival.
The thing is, I lost that phone.
So I ordered a new SIM card, bought a new mobile, did that option of transferring
FIZZ phone number to the new SIM card.
Nothing so far, for a few days, they say the service is not working and I have no idea
why.
The FIZZ website keep telling me to activate my SIM but I already transferred it and activated
it. Then I got rid of that paper with the activation code, cannot write it again, it's gone.
I tried contacting FIZZ on Messenger but no reply and the chat bubble is never appearing.

A little help would be greatly appreciated!
Love FIZZ low prices but would love even more to be less left in the dark as I am paying for
a service that is not working...
