FIzz Sim Card doesn't work for my 3 phones. No Data/Call/Msg. Really need your help

Hello,
I really need your help to make my fizz sim card work.
I get a new sim card and activate it immediately and choose a new phone number.
I install it into 3 different phones I have:
1. a iphone7plus
2. a Xiaomi 7
3. a Huawei Honor 10
None of them can work with this new sim card.

I am not sure how can I make it work.

Can experts give me some help?

In order to chat with Fizz you need to open a help page ( you can try this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... ).
You should see the bubble chat at the bottom right corner in the next 15 seconds or so.

IN addition, "Doesn't work" in my case means "No call/msg/data"

Hello DIANA,
In the page you gave me, it clearly says:
Even with a poorly configured APN, you’ll be able to make and receive calls and texts. You will also have internet access when connected to a Wi-Fi network.

So far I cannot make and receive calls and texts.

Also, I try by following the vedio in the page, it doesn't take any effect.

My phone is unlocked. It can use virgin sim card.

That's really weird.
Is there anyone in the community using the same phone models with Fizz.
If so please share your experience.

1. I never get a way to chat with Fizz. The "Help" link on the top of my account page: https://zone.fizz.ca/dce/customer-ui-prod/#/account/overview, doesn't work. I've already logged in. But it just doesn't work. I tried on windows/Edge, windows/chrome.

2. on https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn, it says "My plans → Manage plan → Advanced parameters → Fizz network parameters → Resend me the notifications" However, in my "Manage plan" page, there is not "Advanced parameters" at all.

I think your assumption that "I got a defective SIM card" might be the only possible fact.
Do you know how to apply to get another SIM card for replacement?

With the additional information about your account having options missing, it sounds like your account wasn't properly activated by Fizz. You should have advanced parameters available by following those instructions. I suggest you chat with a Fizz representative and send them screen shots of what's missing from your account.

To chat with customer service, go to the following link. Make sure you are logged into your account and any pop up/ad blockers are deactivated. Wait a few seconds. A small green chat bubble will appear at the bottom right of the screen. I just tested and it is appearing there at the moment.

This page says to reset my password and I just did.
It also metions a link called "https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us";, which says:
In order to chat with us, make sure of this:

You must be logged in to My account.
You must be on a help sheet.

And I've logged but I don't what is "help sheet" and how can I be on that.
I am sure there is not any ad blockers in my system.
There is just no bubble always.

Would it be possible to ask any Fizz representative to call me directly (438-334-6738)? I don't have a way to talk to them at all.

I didn't intend for you to use the link to reset the password. That is just one of the many "help sheets" which will allow the chat button to pop up in the bottom right corner if you go to that page and wait around on it 10-15 seconds. Once the chat button pops up, you can click on it to open it up and type in your problem. It does not matter what the original help sheet was about, the purpose is to access chat.

It is not possible for someone from Fizz to call you. Please remove your number from your post. Fizz customer service is chat based and we are trying to help you access it.
