Card not received

I did not received my SIM card and I cannot contact anyone. Fizz mentionned it was delivered.
I applied for a new one and had to pay again

You should have contacted Fizz. You can chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( like this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... )

Contact Fizz to let them know, then they will send a replacement at no cost to you. Sometimes they do go missing due to the carrier, or the card being dropped in a location that too many people have access to!
