Unable to type SIM?

Hi,
I am trying to activate my sim card and to transfer my virgin mobile phone number to my fizz sim card. The issue is, I need to type in my PIN number associated with my virgin mobile and the website won't let me. I tried to activate my sim card using Google Chrome on Windows 10 and Android and I also tried on Internet Explorer. I tried putting numbers and letters unsuccessfully, but only for this field. I can fill the IMEI field successfully.

If anybody is aware of a solution or has any advice on how I should proceed please help.

Also I'm unable to reach anyone at the fizz help department to chat.
