Has anyone had Fizz decline the payment method they signed up with? I have been with Fizz now almost 6 months now and this billing cycle they have opted not to accept my usual payment method. As a result I have been without phone service since Friday.
Keep trying to resolve with Fizz. You may eventually get a CSR that can actually fix it for you!

If you're sure that your card is good then you need to contact Fizz
Thanks and yes my card is still valid. I tried to contact Fizz but so far all the replies I have received have not offered any solutions. Their "reply" was that their technical department wouldn't accept my usual payment method. There was no reason why this was decided.
Strange. I tought that most of the customers how had the issue had not enough money on their account, or for expired cards. But if it's not the case, it's not fair from Frizz to suspend their customers account for any reason...
I have changed my credit card 3 times with no issue at all.
