I installed the 2 configuration files for fizz networking setup, tried manual settings , it shows 3G connection, data on, I receive text msg, can make calls but cannot browse the internet:

I went on a site(https://www.kimovil.com/en/frequency-checker/CA/doogee-ho...) and it says is not compatible with videotron mobile data network, will it work on fizz?

You need to reach out to Fizz by Chat to address the issue. I also had network configuration issue as well but Fizz was able to help.

Your phone is only compatible with Fizz for Voice.
But it isn't compatible with Fizz for data : It's doesn't have band 4 which is required for LTE.

For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)
