My card charge did not go through how to I get them to charge a new card?
Go to your account, then click on my plans. Click on manage plans. Then click on payment method. You can add a new credit card.
Before to remove the previous card, go to my profile, payment method. Select the new card to put it by default. So then you can go back to my plans, manage plan, payment method and remove the previous one.

Yeah Tom, but it's very important to change the default payment method as I explained. Otherwise, it will still try to take the money on the one who doesn't work.
Again, Fizz, should be great to manage credit cards and select default payment method at the same place, cause it's getting very confusing for most of us!
