Credit card payment?

I can’t get my MasterCard credit card payment to go through. Every time I am getting an error message that I have reached the maximum number of cards on my account....? Any ideas?

This is a known bug. You need to contact Fizz to have it fixed.
.
You can start a chat with Fizz by opening a help page ( for example https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what... ) and you'll see a bubble chat on right bottom corner in 15 seconds or so.

Known bug, chat with Fizz and they'll remove this restriction.

If it is known bug, why don't FIzz remove the bug? Each person has to contact them?
