Sim Card Data Reading Failure?

Greatings, everyone,

 

I submitted the problem that appears on the attachment (in French) to Fizz; I received no response.

 

All settings have been checked, the card reinserted and the phone restarted more than necessary. This is a Samsung Galaxy S6 that has the latest updates from Samsung and Android. The phone works well except for this problem.

 

Sometimes it works intermittently, but not most of the time.

 

Besides using codes (like star services). Anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help.

    Definitely try the SIM in another phone.

    There is a sim swap function. Go there and change to a new sim . Ask Fizz after and they'll refund you the cost for first broken sim. Old plan and points stay,just the sim was changed.

    Try in another phone

    Could be that the SIM card is broken or configured incorrectly by Fizz. Before making conclusions though, make sure to test your SIM with another phone.
