Account suspension

My account was suspended cause no fund on my credit card. I updated my account with brand new credit card as asked and it's been 24 hours since added. But my account still says suspended and there is no way to make a payment now.

Who can help me re-activate my account ASAP!? Please.

@Fredelyn : So, you add a new payment method but have you set the new card as the default payment in your settings? My plans -> Manage plan -> Payment method, then be sure to select the new card as the default instead of the previous.

Payments are processed late in the evening.
Normally your account should have been re-activated (more than 24 hours). Did you receive any email for sms mentionning any error regarding your new credit card .
At this point you need to verify with Fizz to see what happened.
