It's has been 2 weeks since I have ask to change my voicemail pin, but I never received any messages from fizz
Do you have access to your VM? If yes, press 1 to access to your VM, then do option 4 to do changes to your VM, then 2 to change your PIN. If you don't have access, you need to communicate with Fizz chat support. Not supposed to take so long.

Fizz speed is calculated by days. The only efficient way is through chat.
Ask them again , it's should be 24-48h on the chat to resolve a problem like this
I thought the VM password was set on the first message and instantaneously?
I guess just dial your own number, you should be able to change yourself.
If you only want to change your PIN, call your voicemail, enter your PIN, dial 4, than 2. You'll be able to change it yourself!
