problem login in my account?

i have 2 fizz account which iam using one now. the other i cant login and i tried to reset the password multiple times and it still say invalid. Can someone please help!! contacted fizz multiple times and all they do is send a damm link to reset my password which clearly doesnt work!! as you can see in the picture it says incorrect username and password even tho it only ask new password reset.

You need to contact them again and tell them that the link does not work.
Ideally you should "chat" with them

cleared everything, change browser, on a computer nothing works. chatted with them 3times already. all they do is escalate the problem and all they do is send an email witht he reset link. i even made them change my email address just to see if it worked and it didnt.

chatted with you guys today and same thing again a email with a reset password and it did not work!!!!
