Transaction history not appearing?

Whenever I go to my transaction history, i'm able to access most of the transaction except 1. I have no issues with my last transaction(February 28,2019), but the one before does not display anything(January 31, 2019). Can you look into why?

no, switching to 2018 does not make sense. I'm able to access all my 2018 transaction and January is a distinct month/transaction in the list, it's that specific month that, whenever I click on it, just greys out the screen as if a window would appear with the details like every other months, but nothing appears as in the screenshot
