I forgot to add my Referal code when activating my sim card.

Hi I received my sim card today and activate it five minutes ago.
But it didn't ask me if I have a referal code. Actuelly I have a referal code from myself because this is my second mobile plan with fizz.
Can I still add it? And how?
I need your help to add my referal code and use the 25$ bonus.

It at the last step when you active you're sim. After confirmed your plan. Right before to submit. If activation is done, it's not possible to change it.7
