My plan includes 8gb Canada-USD. Can you tell me why my internet doesnt work in NYC?

I just got a new package with Fizz yesterday that includes Canada-USA; text, minutes Unlimited and 8 gb. Since yesterday, I don't have internet on my mobile.

Definitely, a strange issue! Since the issue is with the data only can you try turning "airplane mode" on and off. If that doesn't work and as @Gyslain mentioned - can you make sure your APN settings are correctly configured on your device. You probably need roaming on Fizz partner's area.

Do you have the good FIzz APN and do you have roaming activated on your phone?
