call forwarding ?

i am trying to set up call forwarding, but it says that my plan does not allow to do this call, i know that it is in my plan,

I have met this issue before.
Yes, they say call forwarding is free to everyone. But in fact, if your plan has no minute, you cannot set it up well. The reason is that call forwarding is free, however, air time is not. So for you, the quickest way to set it up is put some money in your Wallet, then your calling feature is enabled. Then you can set up your call forwarding.
PS: remember that every call forwarding you will be charged, too. See the jointing picture;

If you have calls in your plan and the forwarded phone number is in your coverage then you need to chat with Fizz to have it fixed.

The number you decide to forward to has to be in your plan

Exemple you have a plan QC only you won't be able to setup a forward to an Ontarian Number
