I have an iPhone and can't figure out how to change the APN settings. Thanks in advance

You can't manually change the APN settings on an iPhone. Instead, make sure to download and install the latest iOS and then you'll be prompted to update the carrier settings. In settings --> general --> about --> carrier should read Fizz 35.0
