Hi guys,
I ordered a SIM card from Fizz last week and paid for it, but I have not gotten my SIM card yet. What should I do to send my SIM card as soon as possible?
My SIM card currently is Fido, and I have to replace it before the deadline of one month (which is up to a few more days).

Contact them... Now , they will send you a new one.
Go to "my profike", thren "oder history".Then click on see details at the left of the sim card order. You can follow your shippement by clicking on the link.

Nothing we don’t this forum can do more
I had a similar issue. Just open chat with Fizz and they will tell you to order a new SIM and will refund you the original one.
