Activation how to go from numeric to alpha?

I cannot figure out how to go from numeric entry to alpha to install my activation code. Good start.

    You can activate from your PC, it would be easier for you

    Depends on your phone for the Keyboard change if it's an iPhone press the 123 button to change to numbers.
    But it would be easier to do it on a PC or Laptop

    Just do it from a PC instead if your not able to switch your Keyboard.
