I am unable to send text messages?

I have been unable to send text messages for the last 24hrs. I am able to receive, call and pretty much use all other functions on my phone. I have checked the APN and rebooted the phone. Just tried with my old SIM card with another carrier and it works fine. It must be with the Fizz network. Anyone have any tips?
