Hello, So since i started my plan and set everything up i have had zero issues, aside from with sending photos, up until yesterday. My boss sent me a text 2 days ago asking me to work and i never received it. IS this just a fluke or is there something wrong with my phone service?
Another question, why can i not send or receive photos even when i have my data activated?

Regading mms you need to configure APN parameters https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
Some users had intermittent issues with sms ( not receiving some ). It was a known issue for maybe a couple of weeks ago.5 -
