After activating my SIM card I was able to send txt messages and make phone calls but i wasn't able to use my data. I tried turning my phone on and off, it didn't work. I tried waiting a few hours still nothing. What did i do wrong? Please help. Thank you very much

Did you set up your apn? They have instructions for android and iphone.

Did you check compatibility of your phone with the fizz/videotron network? For data to work, you must have band 4/AWS in either 3g or 4g.
