I have been waiting on the contact page for the chat bubble to appear and I am not getting anything. Thank you.

Don't pay attention to the content of the help page
You should see a bubble chat in the next 15 seconds at the bottom ritght

Make sure any adblocker you have is turned off for the solutions hub. The chat bubble is coming up pretty quickly for me at the moment.
Make sure also that you’re connected in your Fizz account. Sometimes it disconnect.
Take a look here: https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us for details on why you may not be getting the bubble. You can also send them a message through 'My profile' -> 'Contact forms'. It won't be interactive, but it will be in their ticketing system when you do get the chat bubble.
