hi, should I reply to ticket@fizz.ca? I submitted a ticket to port my number, and got an email from that address right away asking for my info. I replied but got no respond. I they submit an other contact form follow up to a complain, and got another ticket number... this is all so confusing

    i got a reply to my "follow up to a complain" and they ask me Could you please contact us tomorrow by chat so we can retry together the portability?
    are you telling me you are closing the day at 15h00? and i must contact again tomorrow? and i doubt i'll see the mysterious chat bubble tomorrow. smh

    Yes you can and you should if there is any additional information that you want to let Fizz know about your ticket. If it asked you to chat then you should chat with them.

    Fizz first level support will close off a ticket right away if they send it to another team. You would need to send a follow up form with the case number if you need to contact them as the follow up email reply you get says (DO NOT REPLY) as no one monitors it.
