I am travelling in USA, but the data service doesn’t work, I put $10 for 500M data travel add-on.

    Did you turn roaming on ?
    Did you configure APN parameters ( some reported that you might not need APN in Canada but you do in US ) ?

    Yes, make sure roaming is turned on on your phone. This is easily overlooked.

    I put roaming on, but I don’t change APN, how can I setup APN for US data add-on?

    If you've already configured APN previously then you don't need to change it.

    What some people have reported previously is that the Videotron APN settings phones often apply automatically work fine for them in Canada but when they went to the USA data didn't work until the proper Fizz APN was set up on their phone.

    I've been in Vermont yesterday and it's was working !
