SMS 2 factor still not working

Fizz can not receive short code sms from many institutions ( twitter, paypal ... ).

It may work for some companies but not all.

Thanks for the info. Their SMS 2 factor thread says "... Most of the 2-factor authentications which are common have been deployed and ready to use ..."

On WhatsApp, after resending the sms multiple times, it has arrived once.
I suggest you attemp to resend the sms a few times.

Report to Fizz and make it specified which 2FA, it will help Fizz to fix the problem.

Not sure where / how to report to Fizz but verification with edwardjones.ca did not work (tried 5 times). Amazon did work.

You can report the problem to Fizz by chat.
Open a help page for example this one https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
And you'll see a bubble chat on the bottom right corner within 15 seconds.
