I am often unable to call my wife's phone. I get a french error about being "unable to connect".
Had a different message last week when it happened but the meaning was the same, a connection problem...
No matter how convenient this may sound to some, I cannot just "not call my wife" Ha HA Ha.

I guess it's congestion problem, just redial and it will go through.
