Unable to receive text messages?

Hello,
I have been unable to receive text messages (SMS) from friends and family for a while. I have already contacted technical support and they gave me a ticket number (13370).
Is there anything else I can try?

    Wait, they'll sort it out. Looks like the phone provision problem.

    Wait for them to check the status of your account , probably a error in the setup of your plan to include SMS.

    Update the os of your phone to the latest version and update Apn settings as recommended by Marc-André.

    Louise is right. If you're using iphone,it's probably the problem. latest is 12.1.4 .
