Hi I cannot use the 3g on my phone, Sms do not go through but calls works.
Help me please.
Just activated my sim card yesterday

    If your phone only support 3g I don’t know if he is compatible wirh Fizz. Try to reboot your phone if it doesn’t work after contact fizz on Facebook messenger.

    It does support 4G/LTE also .

    What phone do you have . Have you verified if it’s compatible with Fizz. Also verify your APN settings, and if it’s an iPhone install the update https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn

    I have an android Essential phone. I did not check , I did not know there was compatibility issues.
    I did install the APN settings.

    For an LTE-compatible phone configured with LTE network preferences:
    Calls: Your device must support HSPA 850 MHz or 1900 MHz frequencies
    Mobile data: Your device must have dual-frequency support for 1700/2100 MHz (also called AWS or band IV)

    Verify if the APN settings are right (I saw that some people had to manually change it) restart your phone. If it’s doesn’t work contact Fizz with the chat bubble https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us

    May not be fully activated, go to https://fizz.ca/en/faq/resolving-issues and chat with green bubble. Ask them finish the activation for you.

    I did all of that Guys ( M T. and David P.). Just checked , my phone is compatible.Thanks for you support. I will contact them.
