Can you always access the website?

Hi,
I'm wondering if you can access the website from your mobile service if you're out of data or don't have days service?
For example, if I run out and it stops, do I need to use a computer or wifi to add data?
It would make sense to allow the website only in case of problems.

You need access to the internet to access the website. If you're out of data you won't be able to from your phone, you'll need wifi or connect from your pC8

I agree, it makes sense to have a special filter on the data services so you can always access the website and you also don't have access to the website count as part of your data allowance. But I suspect M T. is right that it doesn't work this way.6

You can't do anywhere , neither fizz.ca , nor any website. It will show you are connected to LTE but you can't go anywhere.
I run out of data before this is my first experience. It can be fixed by adding the 500M perk you get when you sign up, AND REBOOT YOUR PHONE. Data is back immediately.4 -
You won’t be able to access Fizz without at least a couple megabytes of data therefore, you cannot add an add on after you run out of data.4
