I just purchased a sim card for replacement and I entered my activation code but it brought me to a new plan and now I try to undo it it doesn’t work. Reverting back to my email there’s a link for a free SIM card for a broken one but I paid for this one and I’m not creating a new one so how can I undo everything

You went to wrong place, go to My plans --> manage plan --> Replace SIM.
NOT activate new sim.
I already entered the code so is there a way to reset it?

The only way to reset it is by contacting us and give us the activation code, so we can escalate this issue towards our technical team.
