I was told on Feb 7, 2019 that it would be resolved in 24 hours but it still does not work, help please.

Go to https://fizz.ca/en/contact-us , wait 10 seconds, click green bubble on bottom right, and start chat
Chat with them with the links taht the othersprovide you or on Facebook Messegner. You are in the coverage zone so you should be able to got it.
