The link from the fizz team doesn't work. I also don't use Facebook nor Facebook Messenger2

Send them a request from facebook messenger, they'll reset it for you.2

It's within the customer service business hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST), weekends and holidays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (EST).
