What to do next ? Apn is set up. network and internet not working

I set up the APN with the information provided by FIZZ. However it is not working.
I know that my phone is unluck as I was using it in Australia and Canada with 2 different company (Telstra and Telus).
Hopefully, someone is able to help me !

    What is your phone model? Telus operates on different frequencies than Fizz.
