Yes, you can have as many lines as you want on the same account and they need to have their own package plan.
Make sure they all have a data plan if you want to transfer data between them when needed.

Yes you can, Just remember that the referral codes are account specific (I.e. one referral code per account, not per line)

Absolutely. I'm currently doing that. You don't have access to all the info on the calls and texts, just how much is being used. Totally doable.
