Hi,
I just received my card this morning, I'm trying to activate it but got an error that this code is not valid.
Is there is any solution?

    You need to contact Fizz via chat using this help link https://fizz.ca/en/faq/im-unable-log-my-fizz-account-what-do-i-do
    Wait for 15 seconds and you'll see at the botttom right a bubble chat.

    Open a case at My profile --> Contact form, and they'll enable it.
