Interactive internet communication issue

Hello, Can FIZZ explain to me why i could not get any communication established using my cell phone with internet network? I was connected by could not get any details on my phone screen to answer what was asking of me. it was frustrating because I was using FIDO sim right after to see if my cell phone is the problem, but with FIDO sim, it was working flawlessly. Any explanation would be appreciated. Any FIX would be HIGHLY appreciated.

You should look at your APN settings and update your phone https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn. If it doesn’t work contact fizz via the chat bubble on a FAQ page.

Did you just port your number from Fido? If you did and the Fido SIM is still working, then the port hasn't been completed yet and that is why your Fizz SIM isn't working. What kind of phone are you using? Not all phones are compatible with Fizz's network.
